Performance Assessment and Coverage Evaluation (PACE) Workstation (User Manual)

Abstract

The Performance Assessment and Coverage Evaluation (PACE) Workstation is a microcomputer based tool to assist Omega Navigation System Center (ONSCEN) personnel in answering questions regarding Omega system performance. The workstation implements a probabilistic model of Omega system availability for user-selected coverage and other criteria. This memorandum provides information on the operation of the PACE workstation.
