OMEGA System Performance Assessment and Coverage Evaluation (PACE) Workstation Design and Implementation. Volume 2

Abstract

The Performance Assessment and Coverage Evaluation (PACE) workstation is a microcomputer based tool to assist Omega Navigation System Center personnel in answering questions regarding Omega system performance. The workstation implements a probabilistic model of Omega system availability for user-selected coverage and other criteria. This memorandum provides information on the design and implementation of the PACE workstation software.
