The Control of Gas Transport in Heterogeneous Polymer Systems.

Abstract

This report focuses on control of gas transport using heterogeneous polymer systems with well-characterized morphologies. Chapters of the report describe chain mobility and restrictions on gas transport, a correlation of gas solubility with glassy polymer enthalpy, gas transport in skin-core membranes and the permeation of gases in a novel microporous block copolymer membrane.
