Unmanned Evaluation of BAUER K-280.75 Electric Drive High Pressure Air Compressor

Abstract

In response to NAVSEA tasking, Navy Experimental Diving Unit (NEDU) evaluated the Bauer K-280.75 Electric Powered High Pressure, Breathing Air Compressor from 09 September 1991 to 26 December 1991. The purpose of this evaluation was to determine if the compressor met military specifications making it suitable for use by the U.S. Navy diving community, and eventual addition to the Approved for Navy Use (ANU) List.
