Abstract

This document provides information on the Army's technical objectives for the Combat Clothing, Uniforms, and Integrated Protective Systems areas to the external community, both Government and nongovernment, including academic, scientific, and industrial organizations. Its purpose is to stimulate the participation of such organizations in Army research and development.
