Abstract

The purpose of this program was to provide support to ISTEF in developing and testing innovative laser radar techniques and instrumentation for the discrimination and tracking of boosters, PBV's, and mid-course targets. Under this contract, specific CREOL support to ISTEF included the following four tasks: Task I. One Micron Coherent Laser Radar, Task II. Atmospheric Seeing Measurements, Task III. Atmospheric Induced Enhanced Backscatter Characterization, and Task IV. IR Focal Plane Array Testing.
