Wind Loads on a Mirage III O Aircraft Mounted above a Ground Plane

Abstract

Measurements were made in ARL Salisbury's Low Speed Tunnel on a 1/72 scale model of a Mirage III O aircraft to determine steady wind loads when mounted above a ground plane. The six component data cover 360 deg in azimuth, and roll and pitch angles of -20 deg, O deg, +20 deg.
