Abstract

This report provides a brief review of the literature on social climate indicators, a discussion of psychometric issues, and a collection of the social climate measures deemed the best of those available. Areas such as job satisfaction, morale, cohesion, organizational commitment, and quality of life are included. This report is Part 2 of two reports resulting from the research project.
