Work Management System (WORKMAN) (User's Manual)

Abstract

This report describes a set of computer programs (WORKMAN) developed to help U.S. Army Directorate of Engineering and Housing (DEH) personnel better manage Service Orders and Work Orders. This system accommodates, but is not limited to, painting, cleaning, inspection, repair, replacement or components, equipment maintenance, and office services. In addition, it provides analytical reports and graphs to support work management, and retains a maintenance history summary of Service Orders and Work Orders. These programs may also be useful at other Government agencies and in the private sector.
