Department of Defense CHAMPUS Ambulatory Professional Services Summary Analysis, Fiscal Year 1991

Abstract

This Consultative Report presents a summary analysis of CHAMPUS ambulatory professional services for Department of Defense. Time period of report is Fiscal Year 1991. The summary analysis is presented by service branch in three sections: Appendix A - Army; Appendix B - Navy; and Appendix C - Air Force. In each appendix the summaries are subgrouped by specialties. Within each specialty group the summary is presented by CPT-4 procedure code and beneficiary category. Each Appendix has a total for all specialties for that branch of service.
