Software Engineering Institute Quarterly Update, July-September 1991

Abstract

The Software Process Program focuses on improving the process of software development. Projects within the program are assessing the actual practice of software engineering in the defense community, training organizations to gain management control over their software development processes, supporting the use of quantitative methods and measures as a bias for process improvement, and developing improved methods for software process management.
