Abstract

Subject report identifies the research activities conducted by Tripler Army Medical Center investigators through protocols approved by the Clinical Investigation Human Use Committees, the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee, and the Institutional Review Board. This report includes all protocols registered with the Department of Clinical Investigation during FY 91, and all known presentations and publications. The research protocols describes were conducted under the provisions of AR 40-38 (Clinical Investigation Program) ; AR 40-7 (Use of Investigational Drugs in Humans and the Use of Schedule I controlled Drug Substances; AR 70-25 (Use of Volunteers as Subjects of Research) ; HSC Reg 40-23 (Management of Clinical Investigations Protocols and Reports); and AR 70-18 (The Use of Animals in DOD Programs).
