Job Requirements System: Procedure for the Analysis of Occupationa Requirements Within Job Sets.
Abstract
For this report, a procedure was developed for defining clusters or sets of jobs based on their human ability requirements. The procedure combines several human performance taxomies into a flow-chart format, with the results defining the human abilities required for each type of performance. The procedure was tested by using it to establish job sets for a number of Army MOS.
