Band Structure and Optical Properties of Semiconductor Superlattices

Abstract

This period has been very productive in terms of research results, as evidenced by 13 publications on magneto-optics and magneto-transport in collaboration with the NRL research group. The theoretical development of the transfer matrix method (TMM) by me has provided a compact and efficient algorithm for the band structure of superlattices.
