Seadyn90 Modelling: Three Point Mooring of FLIP with Three Arrays

Abstract

This is a computer model of the R/P FLIP in a three point mooring with hydrophone arrays attached to her submerged stem. Seadyn9O is a Fortran77 program from the Naval Civil Engineering Laboratory in Port Hueneme, California. It is used to model this problem with no arrays, and then to introduce three different array scenarios. This document is aimed at helping to modify the examples provided, and to help introduce the Seadyn9O program. The work present was done under Dr. Frederick H. Fisher, the Deputy Director of the Marine Physical Laboratory. This document contains computer modelling of moorings.
