Preliminary Assessment Screening, First Army Recreation Area, Lewes, Delaware

Abstract

This preliminary assessment screening was conducted to determine if hazardous substances were stored, released into the environment or structures, or disposed of on site. Sufficient information was developed to adequately assess the health and safety risks, define the nature, magnitude, and extent of any environmental contamination, and identify the potential environmental contamination liabilities associated with a real property acquisition, transfer, or disposal transaction.
