Billet Level Documentation Policy Review

Abstract

The Billet Level Documentation Policy Review was comprised of three separate studies: (1) the Army Staff DCSPER study; (2) the McManis Associates contract study; and (3) the Private Sector Visits study. The purpose was to evaluate the requirement for billet level of detail documentation for civilian authorizations in the Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA). As a result of the studies, the requirement was eliminated.
