Health Effects of Sleep Deprivation,

Abstract

Biomedical and health consequences of total, selective, and partial sleep loss were documented in this paper by examining adrenomedullary activity, adrenocortical activity, metabolism, hematological and immunological changes, autonomic nervous system activity, epileptiform discharges, physical work capacity, antidepressant effects, and mental health.
