HYPER: A Domain Decomposition Program, Version 1.0 (User's Manual)

Abstract

This document describes the details for a set of utilities programs and subroutines that are collectively referred to as HYPER. The utility HYPER is designed to provide an environment for heterogeneous domain decomposition methods. In this user's manual we describe the philosophy behind the code, how to use the code, and the data structures used for implementation.
