Some Mathematical Problems in Continuum Mechanics

Abstract

Research efforts were focused on problems in viscoelasticity, thermoelasticity and thermoviscoelasticity. Results were obtained concerning existence, stability and formation of singularities for classical solutions of various initial-boundary value problems. Some work was also performed on developing models of integral for thermoviscoelastic materials. Some Mathematical Problems in Continuum.
