Abstract

The project has five authorized purposes. They are as follows: (1) Construction, operation, and maintenance of recreational facilities; (2) Construction, operation, and maintenance of streambank stabilization structures; (3) Operation and maintenance of all structures constructed before the date of authorization of this project; (4) Such tree plantings, trails, vegetation, and wildlife protection and development and other activities as will enhance the natural environment for recreational purposes; and (5) the prohibition or limitation by the Secretary of the killing, wounding, or capturing at any time of any wild bird or animal in such areas as may be directed by the Secretary.
