Coordination Plan: Red Water Reservoir Closure Cap, Former West Virginia Ordnance Works, Mason County, West Virginia

Abstract

This Coordination Plan has been developed in accordance with the tasks required by the COE Final Revised Scope of Work for Red Water Reservoir Closure Cap, January 24, 1991, former West Virginia Ordnance Works, Point Pleasant, West Virginia. The purpose of the Coordination Plan is to provide the management approach which has been developed to successfully coordinate and complete the site remediation. This plan sets forth the major tasks needed to accomplish the project in accordance with the COE's Final Scope of Work. Major tasks and organization structure under which each major task will be implemented is presented. In addition, the authorities and duties of each individual are also presented.
