Business Process Improvement as a Component of Defense Strategy

Abstract

The paper attempts to establish a framework for Corporate Information Management as a methodology for information management in the DoD and to evaluate those business process improvement concepts, such as business process redesign and functional economic analysis, as components of Defense strategy.
