A Taxonomy for Predicting Team and Collective Task Performance Change
Abstract
For this report, a model of the factors that determine team performance was derived and used to develop a classification system for predicting collective performance change resulting from two factors--skill decay from the passage of time and team membership change. The information in this report will be incorporated into a future report, along with information on attempts to validate the classification system.
