Research on Complex III-V Structures

Abstract

Impurities and defects in bulk, ion-implanted, and epitaxial III-V compound homostructures and heterostructures have been studied by various electrical and optical techniques. Results have been applied to device design and implementation, with emphasis on MIMIC circuits.
