This publication provides managers with essential information concerning the Operating and Support Cost Reduction (OSCR) Program. It summarizes the basic methodology, procedures, and data sources, and provides additional resources for program implementation. In addition, it lists points of contact and reference materials for future use. It provides an overview of the OSCR program, as established at an AMC major subordinate command.
