Abstract

The site investigation work plan consists of four sections; work plan, project management plan, quality assurance project plan, and the project health and safety plan. The plans describe the activities to be performed during the field investigation to determine the presence or absence of contamination at the Installation Restoration Program sites identified at the Ohio Air National Guard, Swanton, Ohio Installation Restoration Program.
