Abstract

The purpose of this training requirements analysis (TRA) is to assist in determining training requirements for F-111 Avionics Test Station and Component personnel in light of recent RIVET WORKFORCE (RWF) restructuring efforts. The information may be used to evaluate the adequacy, feasibility, and efficiency of the training provided within this rapidly changing specialty. Data for this TRA were gathered by means of field interviews with F-111 Avionics Test Station and Component personnel. A total of 86 subject-matter experts (SMEs) at SAC, TAC, and ATC bases were interviewed to gather task data and other training decision data.
