Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base, Columbus, Ohio Addendum to the Pre-Closure Sampling Report Hazardous Waste Storage Area

Abstract

Additional investigations were required at the Hazardous Waste Storage Area at the Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base. The purpose of the investigation was to determine the lateral and vertical extent of soil and ground water contamination contamination at the site. Additionally sufficient information was obtained in order to complete the addendum closure plan. The Hazardous Waste Storage Area will be closed in accordance with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency regulations once the final addendum closure plan is approved.
