Abstract

This report represents an analysis of differences in patient ambulatory care visit frequencies within populations representative of the direct and non-direct component of the Military Health Services System (MHSS) as well as the private sector. The organization of this executive summary parallels that of the overall report and includes the following segments: Introduction; Methodology; Results; and Discussion. This report represents the first step in presenting an integrated view of the total : morbidity experience of MHSS beneficiaries.
