Accomplishments under the Airport Improvement Program: Fiscal Year 1991

Abstract

Section 521 of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 (Public Law 97-248) requires that the Secretary of Transportation submit an annual report to Congress describing the accomplishments of the Airport grant program. This report covers activities for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1991.
