Abstract

This document is an exploratory development (6.2) plan for the Intentionally Short-Range Communications (ISRC) project. The USMC requirements and project objectives are quantified, then possible solutions identified and developed. Some of these ideas will be attempted to determine the best option(s) satisfying the USMC requirements.
