Simulation in the Ultrasonic Submersion Test for Layered Anisotropic Plates

Abstract

This is a report describing the research performed during the past two years. The project has been funded for two years, and additional funding for a third year is requested. The contents of this report includes the following: (1) A description of the typical ultrasonic submersion test set-up; and (2) A brief summary concerning the research achievements for the past two years. A renewal of one year was requested to complete work already brought to a high level during the past two years and is currently being funded.
