Molecular Characterization of the Ah-Receptor: Immunoaffinity Purification, Amino Acid Sequencing and Generation of Epitope Specific Antibodies.

Abstract

This one year new investigator award resulted in sequencing the Ah receptor,identifying the ligand binding domain of this receptor and development of a purification scheme that can generate milligram quantities of recombinant Ah receptor in a few days time.
