Sensitivity Analysis of the Simultaneous Proportionate Change of Inputs and Outputs in Data Envelopment Analysis

Abstract

Sensitivity analysis in data envelopment analysis for the Charnes-Cooper-Rhodes ratio model is studied for the case of the simultaneous proportionate increase of all inputs and proportionate decrease of all outputs of an efficient decision making unit for which efficiency is preserved. Sufficient conditions which preserve efficiency are found and a numerical example illustrating the results is provided.
