Workstation Tools for Feature Extraction and Classification for Nonstationary and Transient Signals
Abstract
This work was motivates the recognition that the solution of technical problems involving nonstationary processes will require a body of theory and practical tools that facilitate Serving and characterizing various types of nonstationary processes. This report contains a sketch of the theoretical background that motivate the experimental methodology, a summary of new theoretical results and a high-level description of the workstation software package that was developed under this contract.
