This report presents all aspects of fuels, lubricants, and associated products used by US forces in Southwest Asia as reported by military organization representatives who were responsible for the procurement, storage, and handling of these products. viscosity, Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP), lubricity, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR).
