Abstract

This document presents the methodology for and results of updating the Department of Defense (DoD) Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) peer groups using FY 1991 inpatient Biometrics data. The methodology is based on DoD analysis performed during the original development of Diagnosis Related Group (DRG) based resource allocation for Military Health Services System (MHSS) direct care facilities.
