Instrumented Experiments Aboard the Frigate WOLF. Wolf 2: Measurement Results of the 5.5 kg TNT Experiment in the Crew Aft Sleeping Compartment

Abstract

Within the framework of the research into the vulnerability of ships, an experimental investigation took place in 1989 aboard the frigate WOLF of the Roofdierklasse (PCE 1604 class) Wolf, Phase II). In this report, recordings of an instrumented experiment in the crew aft sleeping compartment are presented. During this experiment, a non-fragmenting charge of 5.5 kg TNT was initiated.
