GAPPL Application Distribution Facility User's Manual: Version 2.0 for the Crops of Engineers Automation Plan.

Abstract

The Get APPLication (GAPPL) Application Distribution Facility is a system to distribute personal computer applications electronically. New applications or updates to current applications are uploaded by the Office of the Chief of Engineers to the Corps of Engineers Automation Plan mainframe. District and division users then download these applications with GAPPL. This manual provides instructions on setting up the parameters and downloading an update or complete application via GAPPL.
