Technical Concept Command Center Library Document (CARDS)

Abstract

The purpose of this document is to describe the technical concepts of the command center (CC) library, including library modelling, the library software infrastructure, security, and interoperability. This document will baseline the technical foundation for the CC library and for other domain- specific libraries to be implemented by the Central Archive for Reusable Defense Software (CARDS) program. This document supersedes the Technical Concept Document dated 15 July 1991, and reflects the most current concepts being employed by CARDS. The next periodic update to this document should occur in February 1993.
