Depot Macro Analysis Program User Guide Documentation Version 1.0

Abstract

The project team was charged with the task of providing staff management with a strategic level model available for conducting 'quick reaction policy tradeoffs. The intended operating environment for this model was on available personal computer workstations capable of displaying interactive graphics. This project encompassed development of a pc-based decision support model with the capability to rapidly evaluate selected business areas under alternative decisions. The model has been structured to empower staff with a tool for gaining macro-level insights through interactive analysis of bus patterns. strategic macro level model; decision support system; depot analysis; visual interactive modeling; policy analysis.
