Enhanced Met Message for Fire Control

Abstract

A computer aided battlefield meteorology management system is presented that would provide a significant improvement in the met data needed for the determination of field artillery aiming data. To minimize the transmission of data, an enhanced met message is presented that adds to the existing met message linear temporal and spatial met variations. meteorological message, met staleness, spatial, temporal, meteorological data, fire control computers.
