Report to Congress - Long-Term Availability of Adequate Airport System Capacity

Abstract

Report is submitted in accordance with Section 309 of the Airport and Airway Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1987, which requires the Secretary of Transportation to conduct a study for the purpose of developing an overall airport system plan through the year 2010. Report describes the probably extent of airport congestion in the future, given current trends.
