Abstract

This document is part of a two volume set that explains the methodology and results of the PAS-C program's scoping and benefits analysis. Volume 1 (PASC007.01.00) is an over-view of the PAS-C program. The results of the Program's efforts to date relative to scoping the PAS-C application protocol suite, a summary of the benefits that could be realized on the PAS-C demonstration parts, and a summary of the program's success criteria. Volume II (PASC008.01.00) gives the details of the data that is presented in Volume 1.
