The Research Directory of Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Human Factors lists individuals who perform and/or manage current people-related research and development for the Department of Defense. It is one of several documents produced at the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) by the Manpower and Training Research Information System (MATRIS) Office. MATRIS is an expanded information system that includes the data formerly contained in the Research and Development Information System (RDIS).
