FY 1992 Research-Based Personnel and Training Study and Analysis Program

Abstract

This document describes the ARI Research-Based Personnel and Training Study and Analysis Program, which is new for FY 1992. Behavioral and social science expertise, knowledge, and data bases will be used to conduct short-term studies and analyses that will directly aid decision/policy/doctrine makers in making more informed and more timely decisions affecting the Army's most costly resource: personnel.
