Effects of Cloud Cover on Satellite Positioning

Abstract

This report specifies how cloud cover would affect the Landsat-7 satellite at two different equatorial crossing times, 0945 or 1030 Mean Apparent Sun Time (MAST). Changes in the frequency of cloud cover observed in the two orbits are shown in maps and graphs.
