Improving the Selection, CLassification and Utilization of Army Enlisted Personnel

Abstract

The materials presented in this report were prepared under Project A, the U.S. Army's large-scale manpower and personnel effort for improving the selection, classification, and utilization of Army enlisted personnel. This Research Note supplements the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences's Technical Report 862, the project annual report for the 1987 fiscal year. It augments that report by providing copies of a set of technical papers prepared during the year to report on detailed phases of the project research methods and results.
