Boundedness and Asymptotics of the Generalized Theodorus Iteration

Abstract

A weakly chaotic iteration, called the Generalized Theodorus Iteration, is analyzed with respect to its boundedness and asymptotics. The limit sets, which often are strange attractors, also are considered. Applications are discussed.
